First advice: read reviews of Glamira on other sites, not only here, and you will find similar terrible experiences as mine. Somehow these reviews seem to disappear here. (For Glamira - if you delete this one, I might take legal steps)
In sum: We have recieved a really bad quality ring (cloudy yellow sapphire instead of white) and we had spent all together more than 2 months waiting for Glamira to send back the ring from repairing it while they didn't do anything and at the end we had to change the stone at an independent jeweller.
I have bought this Zanessa as an engagement ring. The first experiences were ok, it had arrived on time and it had looked ok first, and my fiancée was over the moon. After 2 weeks, the stone started to turn cloudy yellow (AAA white sapphire). Altough it looked bad, we tried to ask jewellers if it was normal - of course we have been told that it wasn't. So we tried to send it back with the "life-time warranty" and I have asked them to REPLACE the stone. We had to wait more than a month and when they have returned the ring, it was ok first, but not what we expected. Of course after 2 weeks it has started to turn yellow again. So we have exchanged some mails with the customer support (who was very friendly and helpful by the way) and we have been asked to send it back, and they'll try to correct this mistake. We had to wait more than a month AGAIN to find out that they will not change the stone, they just clean it. Of course they didn't tell, they just wanted to send it back without doing anything. I was really furious and I was PROMISED on the phone that if I send it back AGAIN (3rd time), they WILL replace the stone. Of course I didn't believe and asked them to reassure this in a mail or anywhere where I can prove it. The mail wasn't that obvious - they said that they will try to fix it, but can't promise anything.
I have asked several jewellers as even though it didn't look good, it was cloudy, yellow and looked dirty (yes, we have avoided chemicals and kept took care of it as much as it is possible. We have been told, that it is ridiculous and it wasn't normal. Yes, sapphire can lose it's transparency by time, but not this way and not after 2 weeks.
At the end I had to go to an independent jewellery to ask them to change the stone - it still looks perfect. The only reason why I didn't continue the fight and choose to lose the warranty is because I didn't want this to spoil our whole engagement period.
Terrible, terrible experience. Never buy anything from them. Scroll down for English
First tip: Look at the quality on the other side as well, because somehow an experience like mine is erased from this (to Glamira: if that goes away, I'll think I'll take legal action). I also had to rewrite the opinion because I first marked the one star in vain, 5 appeared during the check.
In short: We got an awful quality ring - a misty, yellowish stone instead of a white sapphire, which, after signaling our need for replacement, waited a total of more than two months for the ring to be returned so that nothing would happen. In the end, we had to take the stone elsewhere.
I bought a Zanessa engagement ring, it looked beautiful at first, but in two weeks the stone started to turn yellow. We asked the jewelers and we got the answer that this is not normal, we send it back. We had to wait more than a month in the first round and when they were sent back, it was a little better, but not the real thing. Two weeks later, it started to turn yellow again. We were already very nervous here and it was all very uncomfortable. The clerk was kind and helpful anyway, he tried to support me in everything, but that was my only good experience with them. For the second time, it also took more than a month to find out that although I sent it back only when it was replaced, it was still just cleaned up. I received a reply over the phone to send it back a third time and they promise to exchange it, but when I asked for it in writing to confirm it, they refused to do so anymore.
The end of the story is that I have exchanged the sapphire for an independent stone for myself, which has been perfectly beautiful ever since. If I didn’t care how I overshadowed the engagement period with this, I sure would have fought further.
Don't order anyone from here, it was a terrible experience.
