1.Only one pendant will be sent with the eligible orders. Higher valued orders do not change the number of the complimentary pendants.
2.In the case of refund or store credit requests, the complimentary pendant must be returned along with the purchased product. If the free pendant has not been returned along with the product, the amount of refund or store credit will be subject to a deduction of $140. If the order includes multiple items and only one item has been returned, the complimentary pendant must also be returned unless the remaining balance after refund is still over the required amount for eligibility.
3.The complimentary pendant is not sent with a GLAMIRA gift box or jewellery certificate.
4.The complimentary pendant is not eligible for warranty or exchange.
5.Chain is not included with the promotional pendant.
6.In the event of unavailability of the advertised free pendant, GLAMIRA reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
