RETURNS

To qualify for a refund, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

  • The item should reach our facilities within 60 days from the order delivery date.
  • The item must be unworn and free from any signs of use or damage.
  • The original product seal (the white label attached to your product) must not have been removed, reattached, or tampered with.
  • No prior resizing or repairs should have been performed.
  • All complimentary items, like the certificate, warranty card, packaging, and promotional items should be included in your return parcel.
  • The product must not contain GIA-certified diamonds.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in your return being rejected, and the item will be sent back to the original shipping address in your order, with a possible $15 rejection processing fee.

Upon approval of your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, excluding any order handling charges, if applicable. If a promotional item is not returned, the corresponding fee will be subtracted from the refund.

For items purchased using store credit, returns will be processed as store credit and cannot be converted into cash or other payment methods. Store credit cannot be transferred to another individual or used for services such as express shipping or resizing fees.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by GLAMIRA.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All GLAMIRA products come with a free Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty. If your item exhibits a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to repair it at no cost, as long as your item aligns with the terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty. The Lifetime Warranty applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2017.

Terms and Conditions for Lifetime Warranty and Repair:

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturer defects and does not extend to deformations or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized servicing, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty becomes void if the item has been altered in any manner, including engraving, resizing, or repair, by a third party, such as another jeweler or an individual or organization unaffiliated with GLAMIRA.

For repair, any part of the jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, clips, etc.) that becomes detached must be returned along with all its components before any repair is attempted. GLAMIRA is not responsible for missing parts or stones.

What Is Not Covered by the Manufacturer Warranty:

  • Discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, and other external factors.
  • Scratches, dents, chipping or other damage attributed to regular wear and tear, accidents or misuse.
  • Prongs that have become bent, caught, or worn out, leading to a stone falling out or getting lost due to negligence or other damage.
  • Lost or stolen stones and other jewelry parts.
  • Items that have been subjected to rough handling or excessive wear beyond typical daily use.
  • Minor workmanship irregularities in line with the item's character.
  • Inherent characteristics of the metal and gemstones, including color and internal inclusions.

RESIZING & REPAIR SERVICES

We offer a convenient solution for ring resizing and jewelry repairs through our authorized third-party service partner.

Resizing: We provide a one-time, free resizing service for your rings within the first 60 days from receiving your product. Please note that resizing is limited to the size range available on our website. Resizing only affects the ring's fitting size, and changes to width or thickness are not possible.

The resizing process takes about 25 days depending on the product. Resized rings are not eligible for refunds.

Repair: Our authorized partner will carefully assess your jewelry and determine if your request falls under the coverage of your lifetime warranty.

If it falls outside the lifetime warranty, they will provide you with an estimate for their services. Before any repairs start, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve the proposed work and associated costs. Shipping and handling charges may apply, and your approval is required before repairs commence.

Shipping Instructions:

For safe transit, it is advisable to insure your package with a dependable shipping carrier. Please be aware that GLAMIRA will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.

Please do not include any materials, such as your certificate and jewelry boxes, that you wish to be returned to you. These materials will not be included in the return after services.
