3. Keep your eye slightly open and look down into a mirror for better control.
4. For a winged look, extend the line beyond the outer corner and connect back to the lash line.
5. Allow 30 seconds to dry completely before blinking or applying other eye makeup.
6. For lower lash line application, use gentle, short strokes for precision.
7. Remove with gentle makeup remover or micellar water.
