If you are not completely satisfied with your choice of our products, you may return the product within 60 days (Please look at the next section “Conditions for withdrawal”).

Before returning your product, first you must check the online return form and fill out the all required fields with specifying the relevant order number. The return process will not be considered without filling out the online return form. You must specify the exact return reason (refund, resizing, engraving) clearly, when you fill out the online return form.

When you submit the return information by filling out the online return form, you will receive a return request confirmation e-mail containing the return document and information submitted stating that we received your request. For next step, the product will be expected to be sent to our address with the return document sent to you in our return request confirmation e-mail to start processing of your return.

As soon as we receive the product, we will start processing the refund process and you will get a new e-mail and will be asked to make new payments (if any) through payment links within this e-mail. Note that the new payments might be charged in case of withdrawal, engraving or resizing processes possible.

The cost of return shipment must be charged by you. Please note that we cannot accept your return shipment in case the package is unstamped or insufficiently stamped.

Our return department will start processing your return within 2 – 4 business days after receiving your product.

Conditions for withdrawal

A refund will only be granted if the following conditions are met. Please note that for an item to be eligible for a return the following conditions should be met;

  • - You have sent us your return within 60 days after receipt of the product(s);
  • - Product does not show any signs of usage (i.e. scratches, flaws or any other damage caused by the use or wearing of the particular product);
  • - Products are shipped without any missing complementary items (the original gift box, authenticity certifications and etc.);
  • - Products are not individually engraved (products with/without Glamira brand logo inside are not an obstacle to return);
  • - The original seal is intact;
  • - In case of rings, the size of the items has not been altered.

After inspection and confirmation of your refund, you will get your refund in 4 - 5 business days on average.

Subsequent engraving

Have you already received your product and would like to have it engraved? We will engrave your rings for you. For this service we charge a fee of $4 per character and you need to pay $4 for the shipment to us.

Please note that not all products can be engraved. To find out if the product that you have purchased can be engraved, please check if the engraving option is enabled on the product page.

Please be informed that the return policy will be expired after you processed engraving once.

Resizing of rings

GLAMIRA will gladly resize your ring one time free of charge within 60 days of delivery.

Please note that this process might take up to 25 business days to be handled as the ring will have to be completely reproduced.

Repairs

We offer a 2 years guarantee period for all our products provided the product has been handled according to our product care instructions published on https://www.glamira.com/faq-help#faq_jewellery.

Repair Terms and Conditions

  • 1. The deformations and damages caused by misuse, abuse and negligence are not covered by repair service.
  • 2. If any treatment upon the product by another person and/or company (jeweler, jewellery repair shop) is detected, the product is accepted as out of warranty/repair services.
  • 3. After the warranty expires, the product is not eligible for repair.
  • 4. On the occasion that any stone falls off the product, it should be sent to us along with the stone(s) without any intervention.
  • 5. Considering that any stone(s) falls out, the customer is responsible for sending the product(s) to us without any attempted repair and waiting for the repair price we will offer. The price offer related to the repair will include the stone and labor costs.
